I have been on hold for 4 hours. This is No Exaggeration My original departure was Sunday October 9 and now the next open flight is October 12 TUESDAY
I was given a voucher for a hotel for last night. no food voucher. I will need additional vouchers for the the remaining days … I have been on hold for FOUR HOURS - I paid for the next night at this hotel out of pocket so I won’t be kicked out
Am I wasting my time on hold Should I return to the airport to get vouchers IN PERSON
I understand that things beyond our control happen. I am patient, kind and confused about the next steps.
