Received email this morning that my round trip flight in the end of January was cancelled. Notice provided very general information about rebooking and refund, along with no explanation as to why my trip was cancelled. At a loss as I haven’t encountered this before in all my years of travel. A bit disappointed with Southwest Airlines. Anyone have similar experience that can share where to go from here.

Southwest has been making schedule changes for January and February flights. Usually they would rebook you on the next flight unless they have cut the destinations completely. I would recommend searching your departure arrivals cities again to see if any other flight within 14 days of your original departure works for you.
