Hello - our family booked a flight for 2 parents and 4 children, then later had to cancel it due to a COVID exposure. We entered Rapid Rewards numbers for the parents but not the children. We are now seeing only Travel Funds for the 2 parents available. Is there any way to get Travel Funds for the 4 tickets we cancelled for the children?

Travel funds are issued to all passengers and not having a RR account has nothing to do with it. When a RR account number is associated with passenger it does appear in your account as a convenience. To redeem the travel fund you will need the passenger name(s) and the confirmation number of the cancelled reservation and you enter it as a form of payment when completing the purchase.
You can see value of travel funds here: https://www.southwest.com/travel-funds/

Scour your emails for the original purchase which will have the confirmation #'s for everyone, If you bought them "all together" there will likely be only a single confirmation #, but travel funds for your kids will only show up when you enter the confirmation # and the first and last name of your kids individually. (when it's linked to you on your RR# only the funds for you individually will show up travel funds are non-transferable.)
Best of luck
