Is there a widespread issue causing reservations to show error when trying to see change options? My phone app says my itinerary has checked baggage (it doesn’t) and to call. Of course that won’t work. I cannot make any changes at all nor talk to anyone. On hold now for 3 hours.

Are you trying to change a flight that was canceled and the original departure time has passed? I believe at that point you need to call.
