My flight in HOU was cancelled on 12/26/2022 and SWA agents advised no rebooking until after 01/01/2023. Then they advised that I rent a car and drive home 12 hours to BNA and they would reimburse car rental, gas and the UBER from HOU to IAH to pick up car. I verified this at the SWA counter at BNA after 12 hour drive and the BNA SWA agents confirmed. Where do I submit the receipts?

That's just terrible they wouldn't offer a voucher at the counter. This airline is such a dumpster fire. How long do you think it will take them to reimburse tens of thousands of people? If they do at all?
