Changing flights

I booked a round trip flight and I’m trying to change the return date, but it’s only showing options for points and not money. How can I change my flight without using points?

If you booked the original flight using points, you can only change it using points (if the new fare is more). If necessary, you can purchase additional points in order to make the change. Or, you can book a whole new itinerary using cash, then cancel the previously booked points one. If you need to only cancel the return flight, you'll need to call Southwest (you can't cancel half an itinerary online).
