Check Case Status?

Sorry if this is on the wrong board but I found nothing that fit. I have an open case with Southwest over an issue with them from my last flight. I can't find anywhere to check on my case status. I don't want to call and sit on their 2+ hour hold to check. Is that my only option? I tried reaching out via Facebook but got nothing but the automated response.

I am not aware of any online method of checking on the status of

a case.

 

If filed with customer service you could contact that shop via one of the non phone methods listed in "contact us "(below)

 

If filed with customer relations, you could contact that shop using one of the non phone methods

I too have a case number from Southwest. It has been over a week and no response. It took 22 hours to fly from Orlando to Raleigh,  the agent gave misleading information, and they lost my luggage. Apparently Southwest doesn’t care?

Cases can take up to 30 days to receive a response.

I'm having the same issue. I sat for 2 hours on the phone and nothing. crickets on Twitter too.
