Check Case Status?

Sorry if this is on the wrong board but I found nothing that fit. I have an open case with Southwest over an issue with them from my last flight. I can't find anywhere to check on my case status. I don't want to call and sit on their 2+ hour hold to check. Is that my only option? I tried reaching out via Facebook but got nothing but the automated response.

I am not aware of any online method of checking on the status of

a case.


If filed with customer service you could contact that shop via one of the non phone methods listed in "contact us "(below)
