Help,
On hold for almost 3 hours now! Customer Service agreed to refund me for a cancellation, then told them I had new Credit Card (other was compromised), they threw me on hold again, been almost 3 hours now!

I hate to say it but you may want to hang up and call back in? Perhaps from another phone if you can so you can see which one picks up first. Since we're all customers here there's no magic help you're going to get here. Good luck.

Assuming both cards are with the same bank, all valid charges from your compromised
will automatically transfer t o your new card. I suspect that credits will to.
