Does gate agent have software to use travel credit?

Hello,

Sorry i don't have any idea about your query but Under Payment Method, there's a line that says Southwest® gift card, Travel Funds, or Southwest LUV Voucher. Click on it to open up the area, then select the Travel Funds button to switch to where you'll input the info from your Travel Funds.

Typically in my experience if a flight is cancelled and you have to go to the gate agent to get a new flight assignment you aren't charged anything, so there would be no need for a gate agent to use your travel credit.

I had a recent experience where I went to a gate agent to try to get on a different flight because my original connecting fight had like a 7 hour layover, and they got me on an earlier flight without any issues.
