I purchased a flight for $591.92.
I then changed one leg of the trip, resulting in a partial credit.
I then changed it AGAIN and applied part of that credit.
Then I had to cancel my trip altogether.
My account shows I only have $290.97 available. Shouldn't I have the entire $591.92?
I emailed Customer Service, but I figured I'd start here. I read all of the FAQs and didn't see anything about only receiving partial credit.
Thanks!

Is $290.97 what shows up when you log in to your account and view flight credits?

Yes, that's the total I see under the Flight Credits in my account. Both credits show the same reservation number.

Was it an Anytime or Business Select fare that would be eligible for a cash refund?
You could also enter your name and confirmation number here to see if the full amount is available and just not listed in your account. Sometimes credits do not appear in the account, but are fully usable.

It was a "Wanna Get Away".
I took your advice and looked it up by reservation number. I clicked "Add to My Account", and now they are there. 🙂
Thank you so much!
