Flight cancelled and now can't pull up flight details on app and website

This morning, my husband received a text notification that my SW flight was cancelled. When I checked the flight status on Google, it said it was still on-time and scheduled to fly. I then went on the Southwest website and checked in to the flight -- the website did not mention that my flight had been cancelled and I was able to successfully check in. 

 

Still confused, I tried to log in to check on my flight and could not access my flight info on the website and the app. An error message pops up and it says that my flight has been cancelled (never cancelled it and in fact had checked in 30 mins prior). 

 

Vey confused and concerned about my southwest experience. please help.
