I just found out a surgery that was rescheduled, can I get a refund instead of travel fund credit?

If you purchased a refundable fare (Anytime or Business Select) you can get a refund back to the original form of payment.  Wanna Get Away fares are non-refundable and if you cancel you will receive a travel fund.  Travel funds can be used for a flight within one year of the original purchase date.

My guess is you booked the cheapest fare (Wanna Get Away) - it's nonrefundable but you have a year from when you booked (not your fly date) to use the funds to fly.

You could wait and hope there is a major flight delay or cancellation on your day of departure and if one of those occur you could request a refund. If you don’t want to wait then you would only be able to get travel funds as already mentioned.
