Hello everyone

New Arrival

Has anyone had issue with the iPad not working on southwest flight. Could not watch a movie. Has anyone had this issue if so what’ did you do fix I love know thank you

Is your iPad at the most up to date iOS version? 

 

How did you try to watch the movie? Through the airtime player or the southwest app. If you didn't have one or those apps on your iPad that would be the problem.

Hi,

 

To add, I had a similar issue months ago but updating the iPad and apps fixed this! 🙂
