I made a hold on a group reservation for a flight. I have to pay my deposit by midnight tonight, and I have called travel services and have been on hold for 3+ hours. Not sure what to do. Very disappointed with customer service.

I understand. It's been 6 hours for me. I'm trying to get a name change. Frustrating and SUPER poor customer service.

You should be able to use the name template that you submitted when making your deposit to change names without a need for calling. You can refer to the contact emailed to you and it will have details on how to change names.

Because of recent schedule changes the hold times to get a groups agent is long just hang tight and they will get to you as soon as possible.
Just curious did they change the time for deposits recently? My last group booking my deposit had to be paid by 5pm Central
