Horrible Customer Service

Southwest says 120 minute hold time, I am now at 3 hours and 45 minutes. Now the Southwest website is telling me that I cannot make changes to my flight because my flight is in progress. Southwest cancelled my flight, so how can that be? Why does Southwest tell us to go online or call to make changes when they are unreachable? My family needs to be in Orlando by Noon on the 9th! There are 4 of us traveling!!! One is the bride!!!
