Good Afternoon,


I have tried several days in a row calling Southwest Vacations, but always get told there is a wait time of 1-2 hours.  I cancelled my vacation package and understand I can use my credit to book another vacation before May 2021.  However, I would like the hotel payment to be credited to my credit card.  I know I am entitled to that as my card was credited after the first time I cancelled.  What do I have to do just to get the hotel price credited to my credit card?

Since Southwest Vacations is not actually related to or connected to Southwest Airlines you will need to continue contacting Southwest Vacations or perhaps reach out to the hotel directly.  Other reports from frustrated Southwest Vacations customers indicate they do take a long time to respond.  Good luck!
