I recently had to cancel reservations for three flights I was going on in April, 2020. It was so easy to do it on the Southwest website. I find the Southwest Website the easiest to use on any product or services I use on the internet. Congratulations Southwest!

I agree 100% it's so easy to change or cancel a flight on the website.
A good reminder to other's that you can change/cancel your flight on the website and avoid the long hold times and it takes just seconds to do.
