I cancelled my companion's flight but the fees were not credited

Hello all! I just canceled my companion's flight (I plan to cancel mine too.)

for the original reservation, I had to pay $85.05 but when I canceled, he was only credited the $11.20 that we used from his travel funds. Shouldn't the remaining amount that we paid be credited as well?

Yes, the non-travel fund portion should be credited back to the credit card. If you just canceled you wouldn't see that credit yet. Fees and taxes on a companion flight go back to the original form of payment.
