[First]
1) I made a reservation and I bought it.
2) but Southwest cancelled my ticket.
3) and the fare I paid by credit card was also cancelled.
4) but there is no words about cancellation on my mail.
[Second]
5) So I tried to make reservation again.
6) I paid more fare to buy it (few days passed by)
7) But Southwest cancelled my ticket again.
😎 But the fare I paid was NOT cancelled at this time.
WOW.
Please somebody tell me, what the happaned?

Do you have a 2nd reservation that is at the same time, or at a time that would not be possible for you to take both? SW will automatically cancel booked flights if it is not possible for you to be on both at the same time.

It was not "same time"..
I bought it again(2nd) after my first ticket was cancelled.
And this post is the same reason
that I need to buy new ticket(3rd),
but the credit card not yet pay back my 2nd ticket fare,
even though the ticket disappeared.
I mean this is the big problem.

If you don't have some other flight then I would contact customer service to see what is going on, this would be unusual.

Your best bet is to reach out to Southwest customer service and hopefully they can assist you have both of your canceled confirmation numbers on hand so they can look up why they were canceled. 800-435-9792
