Impossible to Communicate

Over the weekend my flight was cancelled then rebooked on a flight but my daughter's flight was never rebooked.  I've tried to call, email, FB Message, etc.  no luck w/ anything.  I've probably spent over 3 hours on hold only to be disconnected twice.  I've been A-list preferred and supposed to have expedited service.  This whole experience is driving me back to United.  Any ideas on how communicate with SW?

Have you tried the in app chat feature on the SW app? I would try that.

Doesn't A-List Preferred have a dedicated phone line just for them? I would hope that number wouldn't be as slammed as the normal SWA phone number has been.
