I have been trying to book a flight on https://www.southwest.com/air/booking/purchase.html and nothing is processing. I tried to create an account and I get an error that an account already exists so I try to log in and I get an error that there is no email address associated with an account. Any words of wisdom? I have been on hold for over an hour.

How far are you getting in the process?
Do you get to the flight availability screen?
Are you able to select flights?
At that point, when you click continue, do you get the trip and price details screen?
when you click "continue to payment" do you select guest?
You then get the passenger and payment info screen. Right?
Do you fill it out with a RR#.
You then hit enter .. and ???????

As far as reaching anyone via phone - lottsa luck to you.With the major storm moving thru the country lots of flights have been cancelled and thousands of people are trying to reach the airline. If you MUST reach the airline, try the cell app chat function or one of the social media options (click on "contact us" below for options.
If your trip is months from now, just wit for things to calm down.
