I was booked on a flight from Memphis to PDX. SWA cancelled & rescheduled. Provided lodging @ the Wyndham Travel Lodge. Instructed me to head down & get a shuttle.

 

No shuttle service😡

I pay a taxi 😡 after FINALLY being able to get one.

I arrive at the hotel😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 FILTHY🥶😨😱🤢😡

 

I'd to attach photos but unable to add attachments.  Waiting to hear back from SWA.😥

Sounds like you should complain to Wyndham.  How is Southwest to blame for a dirty hotel?

Sorry about your canceled flight and bad hotel 

 

I would Contact Customer Relations this way they can review the partnership of that hotel and maybe they can offer a voucher for the canceled flight. I would also contact Wyndham as suggested by @TheMiddleSeat as they need to know about the hotel that is not up to standards.
