On hold for y hours yesterday, I still need help

I was on hold for 7 hours yesterday and have not got a hold of anyone. My flight is tomorrow and I NEED HELP WITH IT!  I know there's a problem at ATL but how is my problem supposed to be fixed?!

You may be able to speak with someone at the airport.  Unfortunately it's been a rough weekend and phone wait times are long.  Good luck
