Hi - wondering if anyone knows the rules around canceling a flight that was purchased with my bank credit card points (not SW points)? Do I get a refund or a travel credit?

I would recommend reaching out to the bank who’s points you used to see their policy.

You'll get a Southwest travel credit. In Southwest's eyes you paid cash for the flight. Unless you purchased a refundable fare (Anytime or Business Select), then you would need to discuss refund options with your bank.
