First off because this is a public forum I highly recommend editing your post to remove all the confirmation numbers for your reservations protection.  

 

Also currently Southwest as well as every other US airline that I am aware of are not currently offering cash refunds for flights cancelled by the customer if you would like to discuss your specific concerns with southwest directly i would reach out though one of these methods: Submitting a Suggestion and/or Complaint
