Refund LUV Voucher if price drops

If I purchased a flight using a LUV voucher and the price drops, how do request a refund for the difference in fare? Is the refund put back on my voucher?

Any credit would be provided as a travel fund in the name each individual passenger.

Go to your flight reservation and click "Change Flight" and rebook the exact same flight that now has the different (lower) price - the difference in fare will be credited back to you on your voucher. You can do this for any flight with any payment method - if you had paid with a credit card, you would receive travel funds for the difference in fare which are tied to your reservation number (and you can see the balance in your account).

Funds don't go back to vouchers the funds will be under your flight confirmation number
