Thank you for all the help. I will update if/when I get in touch with them. I imagine wait times for calls are horrendous at the moment.

Correct. Don't call. Send a private message via Facebook or Twitter. You'll receive the quickest reply, and you'll also be creating a paper trail.

Update: I conversed with a rep through Twitter last night, gave my confirmation number and asked for a refund. With no trouble at all, she issued it.

Now, she said it could take 30 days to reflect, and the only thing that makes me slightly nervous is that after she issued the refund, a whole bunch of new travel funds showed up on my SW account, but I questioned her about that, and she said that she guaranteed she refunded my credit card and it might just show up on SW that way because of the way she had to process it. So, fingers crossed, I'll be getting my money back.
