Refund question for 2nd ticket

So in July, I bought two tickets for a trip in August but requested a refund 2 days after the purchase. I bought tickets for myself and my girlfriend but the travel credit in my Southwest account only amounts for 1 flight. My girlfriend doesn't have a rapid rewards account # either. Does anyone know where the other half might have went?

Southwest is holding the money  in your girlfriend's name.

 

Input your girlfriend's name   and confirmation number on the following page, and you should find the missing money
