Repetitive error messages when attempting to book flight

Good day to all

 

Been trying to book all day, and get these error messages with each attempt

 

Error message appears after input of city pair and date or selecting a date in 'Low Fare Search'

 

Logged out, cleaned cache, logged back in, same result

 

Suggestions? (besides waiting for a call back from SWA reservations)

Same error message, different error detail with each failed booking attempt

 

I heard southwest.com is 'glitchy' but this is a bit much

 

Suggestions?

Are you getting this when clicking book flight or when searching the low fare calendar or some other point in the booking process?

I just tried booking your itinerary and I did not get an error, however, there was only one flight result for SEA > CUN leaving on 9/3, and it leaves pretty early:

5:40AM
3:55PM
1 stop
Change planes DEN
8h 15m

Unfortunately until the photos are approved we can't see them. 

 

What does the error say and maybe we can try to help. You can also reach out to Southwest on Facebook or Twitter and maybe they can assist as well.

To be fair, the automated responses from SWA indicate a wait of several hours is likely
