I booked a flight yesterday for January 6th out of Columbus Ohio to New Orleans. Today on my reservation I have a notification at the top in red saying I can change my reservation at no cost due to weather, etc affecting the airports I'm flying to and from. Does this mean my reservation for next week has a good chance of being cancelled. Last I heard by next week things should be back on track

There is no predicting the future, Southwest is just trying to give as much flexibility as possible to people who can alter their travel plans.

Yeah when I sent them a message on Facebook I got the response that they are giving everyone a chance to rebook no matter the date. I guess just because I have that notification doesn't necessarily mean my flight will be cancelled
