I just called Southwest, and 45 seconds after the call initiated, I was speaking with someone. It would have been faster if I hadn't been so slow in pressing '2'. The wait time was ridiculously short. Oh, and the agent was amazing. If I could give a "kick tail" thingy over the phone, I would have.
People always seem to post negative things so I wanted to share my positive experience. Way to kick tail!
