Southwest canceled my flight 2 hours before take off. I am no longer able to reschedule that flight and nothing was converted to travel funds. I would like a refund to my original payment method. Ive been on hold for over 3 hours. Can I go to the airport and have the ticket counter issue a refund?

Solution
Normally, when Southwest cancels a flight, it rebooks the passengers on other flights.
The first thing you need to do is to find out whether or not that happened. If it did, you'll need to cancel that flight.
Then you can use a non phone way to contact the airline. Click on "contact us" below.
