SWA cancelled our flight, now we have to book with another for $400 more.

We had a flight booked for a month, then they cancel two months out and we have to pay $400 more for our flights.  They are garbage.  Lat time I flew with them my father-in-law passed away tragically and we had to return early, they gave me the worst time trying to get back early.

Southwest didn’t try to rebook you on another flight? Strange, but if they cancelled your flight you are entitled to a refund.

I'm betting OP didn't ask to be rebooked. If dates and cities are the same rebooking should be a simple fix.

yes customer should have gotten red ink cancellation email. If less then 24

hours you can refund for credit card money back
