Since the SouthWest Hotels Concierge gave me a fraudulent charge from me in last December,
they never refunded me. I need you to take responsibility and process to refund immediately for the reservation number WD3A5Y9.
I already checked with the hotel that you didn't send the funds to the hotel, also I sent about this email many times to concierge@southwesthotels.com
Again, refund the money immediately!

A fraudulent charge?
What's more likely is that you booked a nonrefundable reservation. That's why you were charged and cannot be refunded, even when/if you cancelled.
