Southwest Changed My Flights

I booked 5 one way tickets for my family in July. Yesterday I got an email stating that the flights were changed and I can change to a different route if I were not happy with their change. The change included a layover so of course I will switch to a nonstop flight. Well, I only got the alert for 3 out of 5 of my reservations. Does it take a while for all of the emails to go out? Why would I only get a change alert on 3 out of 5 of the seats?

Wouldn't be the first time only some of the passengers on a reservation got changed. I'd suggest calling to get all parties changed to the same flight.
