Southwest Vacations Issue Checking Out

Has anyone else had issues completing their booking for their vacation package? I get to a screen that says "Completing your booking, please wait" and it just stalls. I really don't feel like being on the phone to book this.

I wouldn't touch Southwest Vacations with a ten-foot pole. 

They are not affiliated with Southwest Airlines, even though they are promoted on their site.
