Southwest Vacations is a completely different company than Southwest Airlines so you should contact them directly.

It's been awhile since I've used Southwest Vacations to book a trip, but if you are saying you have enough travel funds to cover the entirety of your trip, you should not need to enter a credit card. If you have some travel funds to use but not enough to cover the whole trip, you should be able to enter both your travel funds and a credit card to cover the remaining balance.
