I booked travel with southwestvacations.com to Cabos in January for travel in June. Had to cancel since Southwest cancelled flight and when I called June 10th I was told would take 83 days for refund. As of today, only received partial refund for hotel from ALG, but southwest has not refunded flights. Thats almost 2000 still pending. How can I get that back?

Unfortunately, Southwest Vacations is a completely different company than Southwest Airlines. Despite the similar names and confusing co-branded marketing, Southwest Vacations has completely different policies than Southwest Airlines does, and you will need to speak to them directly, at the contact information on their website, to address your situation.
