It has been an incredible year to everyone in 2020. I am uncomfortable to fly since 2/1/2020 which was the date from my last flight. I drove myself for three business trips this year.
I am thankful to SWA that I cancelled two flights tonight and was able to get all my points back to my RR account and the refund of the taxes and fees on 12/31/2020. I am patient to wait one day that I can go back to fly with worry free in 2021.
