Travel fund cancel limit

Is there a limit on how many times you can cancel and rebook flights on the same travel funds?

Booked a flight for dates in Sept. 2020, cancelled due to pandemic. Rebooked new flights for dates in April 2021 with travel funds. Pandemic is still an issue. If we cancel the April flights will we still have travel funds available?

You can book and cancel  many times as you want.

Your TF expiration date won't change, so pay attention to that.,

As mentioned, pay attention to your expiration dates especially if you received an extension on any of your travel funds.  You can read more about how expiration dates are now being determined on this page if you scroll down to the FAQ section and look for "Do I get an extension on the expiration date of my travel funds?"

So it sounds like you got the 2022 extension when you canceled in September.   If you have your booking email for you latest trip,  it'll tell you when the funds expire.

If not,  you can try to change your April flight to August,  and it'll tell you if the funds will expire by then.

Otherwise, you'll have to cancel to see the expiration date,  or call customer service to ask.

You can always check the value and expiration date of any Travel Funds, Vouchers or Gift Cards here.

Yes, but that doesn't work for travel funds locked up in ticketed reservation.

The travel fund confirmation number will be listed in the payment section of the email received for the new ticket.

You can then search your e-mail for that confirmation  number until you find the e-mail with the following subject line: "(confirmation number): This reservation has been canceled. " That e-mail; will give you the TF expiration date. Of course that assumes you didn't delete the thing.
