I am so upset right now. it is now almost 4pm and I have been calling Southwest about pending charges on my account since 3am. Holding 3-4 hours at a time. I was recently told my hold time was 2 mins it has now been 45 mins. I have never flown with southwest, only delta. I only booked this flight because everything was sold out with delta. I have read many reviews complaining about hold times and customer service. This "customer service" alone just ensures that I will NEVER, EVER fly southwest. Horrible!!! I've never experienced anything like this. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

What are you looking for Southwest to do? You have pending charges, those will be pending as long as your bank determines they need to be pending. There is nothing Southwest can do to remove them. If you have questions about a reservation you can most likely find an answer online or here in the Community, but you will need to provide much more information about what you need.
