Hello. We have 2 vouchers which we could not use last year because of the pandemic and the expiration date was 10/10/2020. We are ready to make flight purchases and we would like to still use these vouchers and the expiration date be extended since we were not able to fly last year.
We have chosen the flights but have not completed the transaction. Thank you

Well you can’t use expired vouchers. — because they are expired.

you could contact customer relations to request that they be extended, I’m unsure whether or not SW will agree to do so.
