We had to cancel our Wanna Get Away tickets because our April Cruise Cancelled. We bought the tickets December 2019 and CANNOT rebook a flight a year from then. Have they change the policy about re booking because of all this virus going around. Do not want to loose out because it was NOT our fault for cancelling.

If you cancelled your flight after March 1st your travel funds should be extended until September 7th 2022 you can check to see if the expiration date was changed by logging in to your rapid rewards account under the view travel funds tab in the my account section. If you don't have a rapid rewards account you can look up the funds with your confirmation number on the southwest website.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I looked up my confirmation number AND the expiration date has changed from Nov 2020 to Sept 2022! Now we can use it!
