Where is my ITINERARY?? GONE

I booked my trip on 7/31/21, it was in my account and NOW IT IS GONE!!!!

 

Southwest get your tech guys on this!  

 

Southwest contact me DIRECTLY - I have been on HOLD for 60 minutes and we can't EMAIL you anymore???  

 

Paid for trip coming up and now it's GONE!!!!!!

 

Everyone keep checking your app, it's messed up with new bugs.

Since this is a customer to customer forum you can continue screaming here, but it probably won't do you much good.  You can email, live chat in the Southwest app, private message on social media.  Options are listed in the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page or Contact Customer Relations 

If you go to southwest.com and put in your confirmation # under the change flight option does nothing appear?

Data point: All my upcoming trips show correctly online and in the app.

Look at your email ticket confirmation and get your confirmation number.

 

then search for your reservation using that number

Same thing has happened to me. Been on hold for nearly an hour.

Southwest just made a bunch of schedule changes for the fall, and it's likely your trip was affected - but you should have been e-mailed about a change. When I looked up a reservation online, 1/2 my itinerary was gone, but the e-mail stating the change was correct. I contacted Southwest via DM on Twitter and they corrected it in less than 90 minutes after I messaged them.
