Southwest has stated that you can rebook at no charge if your flight includes Milwaukee or Portland, ME, among other cities. The storm is going from Milwaukee to Maine...right through Western New York State. Southwest - why have you not included cities you fly to in between such as Buffalo and Rochester??? Forecast is bad with snow, ice and travel is not advised Wed night to Thu AM.

Cities could be added as weather changes, but at the moment it appears Southwest does not expect significant impact to the cities you mentioned. With no change fees ever, Southwest makes rescheduling easy even without a storm advisory so you can make changes if you are concerned about traveling.
