Good morning,
I have a flight scheduled to Chicago for April 7, from San Juan Puerto Rico. My question is? I am planning on waiting until close to April 7 to see if it is canceled before making any new rescheduling. I want to make sure I am proceeding correctly. If it is not canceled I understand I can booked a flight until June 2021 to re scheduled it?
I am correct?
Thanks
Keep safe
Beatriz

As long as you cancel 10 minutes before the flight, you'll get a credit for you ticket value which will expire in June 2021. Does this help?

If the flight is cancelled by Southwest you would need to reach out to customer relations to request the refund.
