I have been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes trying to change my familys flights. I have tried online and through the app and get an error code. Please help.

I've seen similar posts to this before. I can't be for sure, but I've seen where some people have said that there are issues with some phones and the apps.

Depending on the change, mostly if there is no increase to the cost involved, you may be able to reach out to Southwest via private message on Facebook or Twitter. The live chat function in the app is also a good option.

What @TheMiddleSeat said! Twitter, FB Messenger, and the SW App chat area all good alternative options, especially if you know what you need to change to and won't need to pay anything additional.
