You can pay by debit/credit card, Southwest gift card, Southwest travel funds, PayPal, or LUV voucher usually issued if you had a flight issue

That should be fine, the form will ask for all of the billing information for the card such that you can buy tickets for someone else (the consent works both ways as the purchaser would have to know their birthday and other details).

This would be fine on Southwest's part, if there was any reason the credit card issuer flagged the purchase then it could be rejected on their end, but that wouldn't be automatically the case.
