second leg is cancelled. why can't i check in for the first leg

The second leg of my trip is cancelled for tomorrow but the 1st flight is still showing on time. However, I cannot check in on line. The message says I have to see a ticket agent... Why??? They are  different flight numbers... This is a total pain and Southwest has completely dropped the ball... Stop hiding behind and blaming weather and fix your operations!

Becasue at the moment you have no way to get to your final destination.

What's the point in getting half way there and then getting stranded?

Do you work for SW? Did you even read the post? It's a one hour drive from Denver to Colorado Springs... I don't need an airplane for that! If you can't help- Stay out of the conversation!
