why is lvsw's request for a refund marked as solved by the SW Propoganda People when its not?

Why does SW mark a green check on luvswa 's request for a refund when they evade & dont address the real issue. He deserves a refund due to the epidemic & he cant use the fare later regardless of how long SW plays games to hang on to the poor souls $. You people should be ashamed and give him the $ back . Cant you guys give us our $ back & just have one less BMW?

As mentioned in a reply to another of your posts, if the original poster feels the post marked as a solution is improperly marked as a solution they are welcome to unmark it as a solution.

I'm glad I and the other Community Champions could help answer your question. That's why we're here, trying to help out our fellow Southwest customers.

Perhaps you didn’t read the solution. A refund is an option for flights canceled by Southwest. Here is the info again:

If your flight was canceled by Southwest, you have a few options: you can rebook your flight, get travel funds, or ask for a refund. You need to contact them and ask (but you should have received an e-mail with this information).

If *you* canceled your flight, not Southwest, your options are to rebook or get travel funds, which are good until *2022*. Let us know what other questions you may have.
